We purchased a new build 10 years ago and dealing with the builder after closing was a nightmare. This experience with Will Harris and his entire team has been the exact opposite. The house is beautiful and well built. Two small issues found after closing were addressed immediately and resolved. They follow up as promised and show up on time. I can't recommend enough.
Roof leaking 5 years in. Told to contact builder by HOA president. We have called and have even gone by his office. No response to date.i guess he has gotten his money and that is all he cares about.
