If I could give a zero rating I would. I signed a contract for my townhome before it was built. The builder offered packages for appliances and blinds, which I paid for. These items were installed prior to closing. A few days before closing, I received an updated price estimate. The price of my house was increased by the value of the items that I paid for. Will Golden was a pleasure to work with. Buying a home can be stressful as it is the biggest investment you will ever make. When we ran into issues (with new construction, not the loan), Will went above and beyond for us. He was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. He always followed up to make sure we understood payments, amounts, etc. You will not find a better guy! He was the best part of our entire new home purchase. Highly recommend.
