Pretty much everything except the cookies. Facility and personnel were huge disappointment so that two months later I still am upset. These people are good at blaming the bereaved family so please me a message for details. I was actually reprimanded by Heather in front of funeral guests for not answering my phone (which did not show any call attempt from Will so how can I answer?)
