I've been with Will Edwards for over 20 years for home, auto, boat, etc. and I think he's the best. And so is Angela who helps me whenever I call. I've only had a few claims but they've paid promptly without any hassle. Always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Do not get your insurance through Jean in Oconomowoc. I got rental insurance for my apartment that I was about to move into. I couldn’t even get my keys because Jean messed up both my address and declarations page which were both provided correctly to her. I then had to pay more because they re-wrote my insurance, which happened twice. I asked Jean to give me her managers number and she would not do so and then told me she wasn’t going to go back and forth with me. I will not be renewing my insurance at State Farm.
Customer service and claims experience was less than desired for the rates applied. Look for another insurance company that can provide more reliable services
