This is a local brewery and we would totally give them our business but the service is awful. Every year we attempt to see if things change and they don’t. Customer service is by far the worst. We came in ordered beer and when we asked for water the bartender literally said oh you can fill it in the bathroom. So many ways to respond! I get it some places don’t have filtered water but I can give you tap from back here, but she honestly said you can fill it up in the bathroom. Nice comfy place. Service was good and they let you try a splash before ordering. Great listening to vinyl. The beer was ok nothing special. The heritage stout was a normal stout. The milkshake ipa was anything but that. The black ipa was ok and not bitter. The rocket Queen was odd, Maybe old but not much of an ipa. My first thought after trying was cpt crunch🤷

Going to Will County Brewing has always felt like a warm hug to me. There are always great beers on tap and they are just the place to unwind after a stressful day. Rocket Queen & Bamm-Bamm Loves Pebbles are supreme! Jamie and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Love that they are dog friendly & you can bring your own food too. My husband and I have also hosted two parties here, they will let you reserve community tables & provide a food/cake table for you - our friends/family always have a good time doing this!
