the receptionist jillian is extremely rude. i had called about problems ive been having, told her ive had UTI symptoms and and abnormal pee test from planned parenthood. they decided to retest my pee, tell me im just dehydrated (i drink so much water) and just overall tried to dismiss my problems. then today, when i was advocating for myself she said “slow down slow down, it’s not my fault!” …no one said it was? how unprofessional can you possibly be? i was asking for further tests and describing my pain in detail which i ex... read more
This place is a joke. Ive been waiting for almost a week for them to call in my sons formula that they changed last week. He is almost out and they have yet to turn it in. Im just glad its not a medicine he needed because god knows how long that would take. Im changing doctors this week so i can have a doctor that will do what needs to be done when i need it done for my child.
