If you want the absolute best, look no further. The dashboard A/C compressor died and seized, which then destroyed the serpentine belt. Obviously we were stuck. I called Will, and despite the amount of work already scheduled, he sent a top-notch mechanic first thing the next morning. The mechanic quickly evaluated the problem, went to the parts store to get the correct belt which would bypass the compressor flywheel, installed it, and we were on our way in very short order. Good shop with good mechanics but only rating 4 stars because of the one named Baron. He’s completely rude, and inconsiderate. I’m not going to get into detail but all I’m expressing is if he doesn’t like his job or the environment he chose to work in then he needs to partake in another career. I understand we all have bad days, but his unresponsiveness is very unappreciated. I had a brake chamber start leaking, called them at 5pm, they told me if I bring it in when they open the next day, they'll fix me up. They did a great job in half an hour and charged a competitive price!
Will and Baron are top notch and the only ones I’ll use on the Delmarva Peninsula! I came to them with an emergency on my part but not necessarily a real emergency. I could have rented a truck and been fine. Will immediately jumped into action and checked out the situation and evaluated it and said I’ll see what I can do, and that turned into done!!
