I started bringing my car to the Albertville Wilks when i bought it. I moved to a different city about a year after having my car and getting serviced at wilks. Since moving i’ve tried taking my car to different places to get my oil changed and all of them had told me they couldn’t change my oil because whoever has been changing it cross threaded in my oil and used a universal plug to where they could only change it. Tires are always good but the wait due to techs walking around on the phone is a little Unprofessional they all do good work when they do the work just need to work in a timely manner
