Dr Rachel Cann is an excellent GP. She is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to properly understand complex and ongoing health issues rather than rushing appointments. I’ve always found her to be thoughtful in her approach, careful with follow-up, and genuinely invested in patient wellbeing. Dr Rachel Cann is a thorough and conscientious doctor who has cared for me, my immediate family, and extended family—some of whom have very complex, chronic, ongoing medical conditions. Good medicine isn’t loud, dramatic, or performative. It’s careful monitoring, evidence-based decisions, and not rushing to oversimplify complex cases. That’s exactly what we’ve experienced under Dr Cann’s care. Those looking for a doctor who thinks, documents, and takes responsibility rather than cutting corners will appreciate her greatly.

Rachel is a brilliant GP, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is very empathetic, respectful and thorough. Any tests I’ve needed done she ensures I’ve received the best possible care (even in the holiday period!!)
