Just wanted to take a moment to share some praise for Wilks Development, Five Stone Management, The Shops at Willow Park and The District at Willow Park. Every encounter I have had with their team has been professional, friendly and helpful!
Madison at the front desk is a less than desirable person to communicate with. I won’t go into detail but I definitely will not be using this company for anything at anytime in the future. They have definitely earned their 3.7 star rating.
This corporation is a billion dollar lier and cheat. Bought a home in one of their neighborhoods supposedly a custom development. We pay 700.00 a year for our custom amenities that are now shared with over 100 rented townhomes. They will not respond to calls nor do they enforce rules and regulations in neighborhood. Everything we were told when we bought has been a lie. We are seniors my husband is disabled and this was going to be our last home. I can’t even say what a horrible experience this has been.
