Wilk's scratched the hood of our 5 month old Black Volkswagon CC. Took it back the next day they apologized and tried to buff it out. After vacation in Dec and business trips in January I wasn't satisfied with the results and took it back so they could try again. The owner, Ms Wilkerson, came out and said we didn't scratch your car; we don't scratch cars.
