Called with an overflowing septic Friday afternoon. Told us they were booked until Tuesday of the next week. and she made maqic happen and had us scheduled for 10am Saturday. Tech arrived and explained the process to me until completion. From the initiak phone call, squeezing us in and the professionalism displayed from the entire staff, this was a remarkable experience. Highly recommend this great company and they will continue getting my family's business,
This local family business definitely has mastered the art of customer service. I had four systems emptied on my property. Amanda was a delight to work with on scheduling and rescheduling services. They are the BEST! First, I missed my appointment but when I called, Amanda (she was awesome) was able to make arrangements for them to come back. They are very knowledgeable and honest, telling me what I needed and did not need. My septic tank had a lot of roots and they were able to clean them all out and pump. My septic tank looks and works great. They will be the only company I use. Excellent service!
There is a reason why review after review, Wilkinson Septic gets a 5 star review. They are absolutely fantastic. It starts with Amanda. You can't train someone to be that good and sincere. The guys who come out are great as well. Alex today was very professional and easy to talk to. I called Amanda two times during the clean-out, and she was unreal. Keep it going and thank you.
On Saturday during the freezing rain our septic alarm went off. After no return call from our current provider, we called Wilkinson Septic Sunday morning at 7:00am. I am sure I woke up the owners, but they were kind and courteous. They don't offer the service we needed, as they are a pumping service, but were kind enough to try and walk us through fixing it.
