There is a reason why review after review, Wilkinson Septic gets a 5 star review. They are absolutely fantastic. It starts with Amanda. You can't train someone to be that good and sincere. The guys who come out are great as well. Alex today was very professional and easy to talk to. I called Amanda two times during the clean-out, and she was unreal. Keep it going and thank you.

On Saturday during the freezing rain our septic alarm went off. After no return call from our current provider, we called Wilkinson Septic Sunday morning at 7:00am. I am sure I woke up the owners, but they were kind and courteous. They don't offer the service we needed, as they are a pumping service, but were kind enough to try and walk us through fixing it. This company is probably the most professional I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer service is top notch and is evident every step of the way. This is the second time we've used their service and we are highly impressed. You just don't find service like this anymore. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing septic services. I have used Wilkinson septic services on two different occasions. They were out recently and pump two of my septic tanks. They always do a great job.Their service man was very polite and helpful! I’m sorry I forgot his name. Thanks again.

Great company! They arrived when they said they would and thier customer service was top notch. The employee they sent out was very polite and very knowledgeable about our system.
