They are the BEST! First, I missed my appointment but when I called, Amanda (she was awesome) was able to make arrangements for them to come back. They are very knowledgeable and honest, telling me what I needed and did not need. My septic tank had a lot of roots and they were able to clean them all out and pump. My septic tank looks and works great. They will be the only company I use. Excellent service!
This company is probably the most professional I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer service is top notch and is evident every step of the way. I have used Wilkinson septic services on two different occasions. They were out recently and pump two of my septic tanks. They always do a great job.Their service man was very polite and helpful! I’m sorry I forgot his name. Thanks again.
Called these guys and they were able to fit me in for an emergency pump out within just a couple of hours. They showed up as promised even though the gps took them 45 minutes out of the way. He not only cared about my property enough to ask me where I wanted him to back up he took the time to explain to me the process of what he was doing. Being in the service business myself I can genuinely appreciate good customer service when I see it. His price was far and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Had Wilkinson Septic Services come out for the first time this month to empty our septic tank and perform any necessary maintenance. Scheduling the service was easy and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and nice. They arrived during the provided window and were quick with the service, no issues. The price was also very reasonable and matched the quote I was given during the scheduling call. I will be using their service again and highly recommend them.
