I’ve seen seen several urologists and Rachel is by far the best. As a man it’s not easy discussing urology problems, but Rachel is very caring and compassionate. She’s also willing to do the research to get to the bottom of any issue. Her recommendation for pelvic therapy changed my life!

If establishing and maintaining a solid rapport and bedside manner or qualities that are important to you, as they are with me, please look for another practitioner. I very rarely write reviews, but, in my opinion, the vital qualities mentioned above, this practitioner does not have. I would avoid. Again, this represents my opinion

Rachel has always gone above and beyond for me, I have had nothing but positive experiences with her and Dr. saint for my kidney stones. Rachel is caring, very detailed and spends more time with you than most doctors. I highly recommend her should you have uroligical needs

Rachel does not establish good rapport with patients, is short tempered, and will not return your phone call. Her bedside manner is simply not satisfactory

She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. She is very pleasant to talk to and is very thorough and keeps you updated on tests etc. I can't recall having a better experience with any doctor, she went way beyond my expectations.
