Anne Chard, the former manager is gone. So is the way it was run previously. Now, they don't answer the phone or return voicemail, only an outgoing message telling you they're full. You can't get in the building unless you are someone's guest. I managed to get in last year to ask if I was still on the list. Manager said I was 2nd on list. At least two have left, and I was not contacted, either by phone or mail. So much for protocol and professionalism. Sad.
Unless some of the section 8 housing adds air conditioning to the common areas at least, soon the building will be uninhabitable.
Great place to live. Ann and Pat are so kind and listen to any concerns you may have.
