I bought one. Big bang for the buck. Nice location off the beaten path but close to everything.
I cannot begin to express just how happy I am with my home! Charles was wonderful to work with and quite frankly spoke to me as if I was his daughter. The quality of a Wilkinson home is solid and the best part is what other builders charge as “an extra”, is standard on a Wilkinson home. Items such as high ceilings, extra molding, irrigation system and sod, just to name a few, make a huge difference when you are adding on your extra touches. We moved into Woodridge about 14 months ago and absolutely love it . When we decided to move to DE from CA we were expecting some challenges with building a home with thousands of miles between us. Christie and everyone at Wilkinson’s were so great to work with and made it an exciting adventure. We even did a 3 hour Skype meeting with Cindy to make all our selections.
