Home building experience was wonderful. Our family couldn’t have been happier to go through Wilkinson for our 1st and hopefully last home building experience. The issue is the customer service. We have been waiting since May 8, 2022, to have our 1 year warranty items completed. We get a run around statements that the economy isn’t doing well or not enough workers with the vendors that Wilkinson uses. Emails no longer get returned within the 24 hours.
