MY OPINION IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. HE IS ABSOLUTELY INCAPABLE OF APPRAISING A HOME. THE LOCAL BANKS WON'T USE HIM. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? STAY AWAY. HE IS INCOMPETENT AND THEN HE DIGS IN WHEN HE CANNOT DEFEND HIMSELF. LAZINESS MAY ALSO PLAY A ROLE HERE. THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS, LACKS INTELLIGENCE, AND POSSIBLY DEMENTED AS WELL.

Very disappointed overall. If you want to have your home vastly undervalued in your appraisal, then he is your guy. Even more disappointing than his appraisal was his attitude afterwards. He even had the nerve to tell me that the great thing about his job is that he gets paid in advance and that he has the final say.
