Bought a used pop-up from the Bath location. My guess is that it was either pulled from a landfill or acquired at auction. None of the tanks were emptied and no repairs were made as promised. It was truly a POS. They got me good. After three years of trying to get them to make it right, I traded it. I'll never go back.
We had a great experience. Sarah was an excellent sales woman and Steven made picking up our new trailer a fantastic experience. Both were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They also included our kids, making things fun and them included in the experience. Lastly Jason made the logistics and financing a breeze. I would recommend them all.
Sales department was very helpful in my concerns and needs. The service department has a lot to be desired. I dropped my camper for issues from the manufacturer (Grand Design), on the 20 of August, and could not talk directly to the service department; of all the messages I left they only answered the first one. I finally personally went to check on it, about 3 weeks later, and ended up bringing home the camper with only one issue resolved (I hope).
