We visited the location in Nichols. The best experience we received from Sarah Gill, MJ Barton, Derek, Kera, and Jen! The process was quick, easy, and very professional. I highly recommend Wilkins RV especially if you are first time RV owner. Sarah, MJ, Derek, Kera, and Jen are very knowledgeable. They took the time we needed and did not rush us or pressure us into buying anything we did not need. We now have friends in the business we can rely on! Thank you for the amazing experience!
My experience, terrible, it's all on me buying out of town. I gave a down-payment on 4-12-25 for a pickup date 4-17-25 , which they changed to 4-22-25 , 10 days later , This camper, pinnacle 36fbts was deplorable, dirty, half of the slam hatches worked. Note the time-line we traded in a 5 year old camper and it was 10 fold cleaner than the 2025 I just purchased. Now this is the 9th camper I have owned since the age of 18 , 7 brand new , 5 fifth wheels from 3 different dealers, not including Wilkins. They took my keys unloade... read more

We purchased a Jayco Jay Flight 2024 RV brand new from your Nichols dealership in February of 2024. At the time things went smoothly but the FNI guy would not take no for an answer. He kept pursuing us to purchase extras, warranties, etc. he had us there close to 2 hours seemingly demanding we switch from AAA to their offered plan. With 2 young kids with short attention spans this was extremely frustrating but we dealt with it and didn’t complain at the time. I had reservations because Camping world of Kingston NY completely failed and screwed me over so I almost gave up on even buying an trailer but I happened across a perfect trailer at Wilkins and thought I would give it one last chance..
