Well kept store with excellent employees. Large selection of great quality clothing.
I went into the store today for two reasons: to thank them for always donating to our Bowl for Kids' Sake raffles, and to pick up my new Pandora bracelet that I won in last weekend's raffle! I was so surprised! I never win anything! Thank you, Wilkins & Olander, for supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters in Door County.
Every time I have gone to the one on Fish Creek ...the staff is either totally uninterested or just plain stupid. customer service. You don't own it you are an employee of dont look down your nose at me

I ordered a Vera bag from this store on Saturday and got it on Monday !!!! What great service!!! I will continue to order from this store!!! Both my parents grew up in Sturgeon Bay!!!
Great service! Ordered a bunch of last call Vera Bradley from a sale posted to a Facebook group I am in. They called me within minutes to make color substitutions. Merchandise was shipped that day--a Saturday--and I received it today. Awesome! Very friendly ladies on the phone as well.
