Jesse Lancaster is a fantastic realtor, listens to what you want, and makes the whole process very seamless. He treated our new home like it was his own. He even went as far as to do the blue tape walkthroughs of the house with us, because of his attention to detail. We felt more like family to him, than just clients. He put our happiness and satisfaction first. I would absolutely work with him again!

Jesse sold a piece of property that we had been trying to sell for over 10 years. We went thru many agents and just seemed to be getting nowhere! I found Jesse online and after talking with him, he was off and running. Within 2 weeks we had a buyer. His knowledge of the area and his connections with builders and city government was a huge asset. It was the defining piece that lead to the sale of the property. I can’t recommend him enough and would give him 10 stars.

It's a struggle to write a review that properly captures the outstanding experience I had with Wilkins & Lancaster. I fear that whatever I say will not be enough to appropriately express my gratitude. For context, I owned a rental property in Walnut Creek and reached out to Jesse Lancaster when I was ready to sell. First time homebuyer here. Overall 10/10 experience - Jesse Lancaster helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home in a (from my perspective) flawless process. A caring and hard working realtor with great communication skills for all parties. If you’re looking for a local/homegrown, small business realtor with experience look no more. Highly recommend, and would definitely hire again!

My husband and I are first time home buyers. From the start, Jesse has been attentive to our desires in a home as well as our budget.
