We went through Wilkins for almost 10 years. We’ve always had an insurance agent, and when we first started with Wilkins, they were great. We also never had an accident until recent. Post accident, we realized we’re paying them a lot of money for someone in their office to be rude and who can’t handle her business. Dropped them. Dropped the insurance company. Saved a lot of money by not going through an agent. Especially this one.
I've recommended Winkins to many,they've always been there. I've never had an insurance company that actually cared and treated my family like family. But I must say Ed went above and beyond. He is truly a gentleman
