Since I first arrived in Maryland and began taking my Buick Enclave in for service I have always believed that I found a home for my vehicles. Everyone is courteous and goes out of their way to help. The sales force are super knowledgeable and super friendly. No one is pushy and they listen and assist you in finding what you want not what they want you to have. Horrible place!!!!! The service department is one of the worst experience I have ever had, IN MY LIFE. Go some where else. The managers/ supervisors are worst than the employees. They don't know what the words "Customer Service" mean. Please do your homework. They are not worth the headache.
Horrible experience! Steer clear of Wilkins Buick! Their customer service is completely nonexistent! It's all about money! Nothing about my vehicle was discussed with me! I had specific concerns that were never addressed! I was really made to feel like an inconvenience until it was time to pay that is! This was my second time going to Wilkins and the first experience was identical!!! I guess I should've learned from that!!! Never again!!!!
