Contacted this company in December 24. Recommended by Esse as required a thermo coupling fitted to our gas fire. Was informed they would contact me in the New Year ( Jan. 25) . Nothing, called them to arrange fitting, again told they would call when engineer was free. Had to call them back at the beginning of February and was given an appointment for Friday 28th Feb. Having been repeatedly let down by a supposedly reputable firm in Settle, I spotted that one of our neighbours was having a job done by Wilkin H & P Ltd. Our neighbours were very pleased with how their job was progressing and so felt happy to recommend them. I rang Jane to see if they could help me and within 3 days the job was done! Ollie who carried out the work was personable, polite and totally professional. To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement. No hesitation in recommending.
