This place is almost practically hell living here. From the smell of pot that is frequent to the horrendous amount of neighbor creating racket like running their radios or tv's to the max and constant bickering. There really is no room to say their is anything but privacy here. From bed bug galor issues that have been a repeated issues with no eviction of the one's repeatedly getting them to packages being stole and A/C vents broken down. Poor maintenance service, broken down A/C. Neighbors constantly moving in out. If you want something fixed or repaired. Don't expect it to be done anytime soon. Bedbug galore since it's been a issue for what seems like 2 yrs now and the residents who have them continue to bring them in? Unsure, but it's like living in jail. The smell of pot and other drugs is a concern. Smoking is not allowed to begin with. Wilkes tower's suck I agree with everything blackrose said my mom lives there I have here window open to give some air because right now the place is with out air conditioning that needs to send the residents to a hotel until fixed they need to be turned into the proper authority's live a health inspection place
