Been going here for 3yrs and they've been the most organized and welcoming tax service I've came across. Taking their time assisting those doing refunds as well as providing welcoming customer service for those waiting patiently to be assisted. I'd personally myself reference this tax service to anyone!!!
Very unprofessional. No customer services especially from the office manager. I walked in and the office manager started asking me questions while I was standing at the reception desk and she was sitting behind a glass window. The window was open but it was hard to hear her. This apparently annoyed her because she was very short and not nice to me.
