I'm confused-there is a review from my husband Daniel Passante who is the sales manager for wilkes pools stating about the great job during covid getting/having a pool from wilkes pools where we live ..We have no pool-never had one -giving 1 star because it is a fake review
DO NOT HIRE!!! Over the summer my parents had their pool completely redone by this company. Danny Passante is who they dealt with. A bunch of guys who looked like they were strung out on drugs showed up to do the work. My parents had the pool redone so their granddaughters could swim knowing we were buying their house. I waited to share a review and I'm glad I did. Initially everything was good, they showed up when they were supposed to and were in touch regularly. As soon as the pool was installed, everyone kind of went away. I had to keep reaching out to the rep. that did the sale in order to get a response. The yard was a mess and I'm talking about all the garbage that was left laying around. Stay far away! We moved into a home with a Wilkes Pool in place that desperately needed a new liner. No other pool company wants to work with these pools because they don't fit the typical mold of an in-ground or above ground pool. We reached out to Wilkes Pool since they are they only company that can replace the liner. After several weeks of calling to check on the status of our liner replacement, they finally came out and did a TERRIBLE job. The entire bottom of the pool is full of hard rocks underneath the liner.
