$TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS FOR A BASIC OIL CHANGE on a 12 year old car, No air filters, point checks and hope they put your car back together or you’ll have to come back on your own dime to collect your parts. - “The price of oil has gone way up” is what the kid who knew nothing about automotive told me. Be sure to Ask for prices before the sticker shock, and becoming a victim of this racket.
The mechanic stayed after closing on Friday to finish my car after some of the parts didn't show up when they were supposed to be delivered. He made sure that I had my car for the weekend instead of having to wait until Monday.
Would highly recommend Wilkes Performance. I took my Mazda in, Chace diagnosed issues and made recommendations. He carefully explained what I needed to do now and what could wait until later. He gave me estimates and communicated every step of the way. He even buffed out a scratch I had on the side of the car at no charge. They are very professional, knowledgeable and honest! Thank you for the wonderful service!!
