My 1972 Chevy truck just happened to break down near the Wilkes shop. The shop did an excellent job talking me though the numerous issues they discovered. I thought the bill was reasonable and my truck is back in much better condition than when it went in.
I've been bringing my vehicles to Wilkes Performance for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and always takes the time to explain what's needed without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Did a terrible job on on my car. They charged me 3x for an air filter. Also got my cabin filter done and now my glove box falls out all the time and they broke the latch that prevents it from falling. The didn’t even tell me that they broke it or try fixing the issue after I approached them about it. Also got my breaks done and my breaks are squeaky. My breaks should not be squeaky to begin with.
