We recently visited Wilkes after my 5-year-old niece got her ears pierced there and couldn't stop talking about what a great experience she had. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and easygoing, which made the entire experience of getting your ears pierced fun and exciting—not intimidating at all. The shop itself is also lovely, filled with beautiful jewelry and unique antiques that are worth browsing. We drove over an hour to get here, and it was absolutely worth the trip!
I recently had my engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary band resized and soldered together and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Wilkes Jewelers. Chris provided exceptional customer service and clear, timely communication throughout the process. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. My rings look absolutely beautiful and like new, even being 25 years old. I highly recommend this store for both their professionalism and quality of work. I’ll be back soon. Thank you!!
