Mr. Wilkes has been recommended to me for an appeal case. I never heard from him and when I called his only comment was " if you don't hear from me it is a good thing". During phone conversations he always did other things except listening. Basically he does not care what you say he just does his thing. I paid this guy north of 20K for no service at all. Mr Wilkes is an excellent attorney who never stops fighting for his clients. He is an expert in Appellate Law. He does exactly what he says and keeps his appointments, dont be fooled by his laid back demeanor, it's a representative of his confidence. I do believe this man can cite case law in his sleep! He was able to help my husband win a PCR with Supreme Court Bail (1 in 100) on a 16 year sentence by jury! Highly recommended!
