very unprofessional of them to not answer the phone. i’ve been calling for days and left messages and have heard nothing. definitely will not be going back here.
The clerk's think they are medically trained & the office mgr is extremely rude!! She doesn't see the need or urgency that affects individuals differently. The only reason they are rated high by others is they are in a tiny Town where people don't want to travel for better service and medical care and attention. These clerk's & office mgr should be fired but I doubt others depending on their desperate service will share the truth!!!
