My first impression of this veterinary office was not great. However, Dr Jade who's no longer there was wonderful with my pups and Dr Rambo now takes care of my babies and she's amazing. She takes the time to explain things when I ask questions and offers sound guidance on how to navigate my aging pups health. Thank you for that.
I have had ONLY good experiences at Wilkes County Vetenarian services. They truly care for animals and their owners, and it shows. If you want knowledgeable, experienced, caring individuals, this is the place you will find them! Many thanks to vets and entire staff!

The vets are all great. My farm visit to treat my Cows went smoothly and professionally handled. The vet contacted me the day before to make certain they were prepared to handle all the matters that I needed attended to. We took care of everything from castration to foot problems on animals along with vaccination. I would highly recommend Wilkes County Veterinary Service for all of your farm needs as well as small animal needs.
