Constant excuses for not receiving rear wiper motor that was agreed to be sent and I'd get it replaced on my dime. Paid the extra $1000 for warranty, once again never recieved said warranty. Gave excuses then just blatantly ignored me. Don't trust his safety either! Just had to pay $$$$ for work done that in no way I could've caused in the short time I've owned it and would not have passed safety! Don’t buy a car or the “ extended warranty” Carlos will make you feel like you’re at home when you’re with him but after you pay cash for your vehicle and something happens to it only a few weeks after buying it and needs to be fixed he is know where to be found over 2 months still no response pathetic.
