It was a totally different experience working with a small custom builder vs a commercial builder. You have total control over what is installed in your home regarding your desires and needs. We appreciated the opportunity to meet family members who would be involved in making your home a reality. One of my life lessons is small is sweeter than the large. Bigger doesn't mean better. Thanks to the Wilkerson family and team.
