Communication and Coordination is horrendous
I'll never forget the day Roland Joun, walked out into the field and talked to Dad while he was getting up hay in 1998! I had tried in1996 for 2 years working with Anne Arundel County to approve Mom & Dad giving their children & grandchildren a 2 Ac. lot each (family conveyance) and the county said the lots had to be 20 Ac. each! I start this off with respect to the fact that we can't all be perfect, but it is also categorically insane if I extend that grace to the employee named Roland. The man is just an abysmally lazy worker, that seems to have no one's best interest in mind. Even his own, and that's the craziest part. He just wants to close his eyes pretend like he's working and have everyone around fix issues.
