Worst Doctor I have ever had I'm 51 years old never had a doctor so eager to not listen so eager to hang on one word and base your whole appointment on that one word I have been suffering with menopause once I express that to her she told me it's only because your metabolism is in the toilet walk trusting her and bought a treadmill and I cut out red meat sugar fat basically went on a vegan diet did not help with any menopausal symptoms especially the weight gain hot flashes and night sweats
My annual physical appointment today unfortunately took over three hours, which significantly impacted my schedule. During my blood draw attempt, I was informed that it could not be completed and I would need to go to LabCorp separately. This added an unexpected step and more time to completing my annual physical. AVOID- AVOID- AVOID. The woman in the front reception window was very unprofessional, lacks manners and basic respect for the patients. She is slow and inefficient. - The visit wait time was over two hours. - The skinny, short girl who took my vitals was very rude. When you call the receptionist is extremely rude. I am not quite for sure if I want to go here, but all the reviews say the doctor is real nice. I am that person who match energy, so if the front has a stank attitude I will give it right back. Sorry not sorry.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wilkerson's since early 2000 maybe about 2004 and I have been a wonderful follower, a strong support for Dr. Wilkerson, but over the decades, it has been my experience that the front office staff needs to complete customer service training or something! They are ridiculously unpleasant. It's a shame that over 20 years, I can count the times on one hand that I've had a pleasant experience with front desk.
