Horrible service. Takes your money and runs. Not a fair lawyer at all.to busy with other clients to ever give you a call back. Called him and emailed him for over 3 week and he finally responded with one sentence. Don’t waste your time or money

Too Busy To Care Mr. Wilka misrepresented his client on more than one occasion. He gave authority to the mother to enroll the children in school without ever discussing it with the father. As a result the children had been prepared to attend school in Brandon. They had toured, gotten schedules, learned lockers, attended band camp, written their name and school on all their supplies, prepared for their bus route.
