Feels like we’ve been scammed. Cant get an answer or an update they don’t call u back and they never answer the phone. Our paralegal has given us conflicting advice. And now won’t even answer. And best part is we can get outside council either because then they’ll take another 30%. Is this what clients have to do to get a response. ? We had court where the defense wanted to drop the hit and run charge and that sounded like it would change our case and we couldn’t get an answer so had to continue.
