Terrible service. Ordered flowers online for anniversary through Flower Bucket. Got a call at 6pm that they could not find an address 15 min away from them. Call was from Norfolk Va. clearly whatever system that is in place does not work.

Whilhide's delivered this Harvest Glow arrangment with dead flowers in it. Who does that? The third picture is what the arrangement was supposed to look like. Not even close!
Worst experience ever! Please do not get flowers here. Called to order flowers for pick up and was charged $116.00 for the order. Upon arrival the representative told me she has no idea who I am and what I ordered and after finding my order number stated they do not have the flowers I ordered at the shop. Today is my mothers birthday and never have I been so disappointed
