I have been seeing Dr. Jaremczuk for many years now. He is wonderfully personable and knowledgeable. If I am only reviewing him, he gets a four out of five. His staff, the other hand, especially the one answering phones is extremely rude and abrupt. She was rude to me when I questioned why I hadn’t received a refund for a copay I shouldn’t have paid and she was was rude to the insurance company representative who called on my behalf! He was excellent and very thorough. I had a problem that required surgery and after the surgery was completed and I had gone through the healing process, I tried twice to communicate via phone and mail. My correspondence was never acknowledged. This was very disturbing and has resulted in my decision to seek care elsewhere. .
