I received water proofing services and window framing from this family owned company and I am incredibly grateful for the quality services I received. They were kind while working in my home and the results came out better than expected.
I called today to speak with Tom about the windows being installed at my condo . He was very rude and unprofessional. He thought he hung up on me but I was still on the line . I could hear him telling someone else the whole conversation that we had and he said “ I just hung up on her “ I tried to call him back but he refused to answer his phone . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
