WE took our vehicle in for an AC repair as the car was blowing HOT AIR. We were quoted a price of around $200 for the repair. The mechanic was told that if it would be any more than that price, we probably wouldn't be doing the repair since we would be selling the car in the near future and could not afford anymore than that. I love the service I get at the garage. Always nice friendly faces. I love Samantha, she is great. I would highly recommend anyone to go have your car serviced there.
They resolved an issue with the Accord's TCS ABS warning lights being on, which could not be resolved by two other places. They seem to dig deeper to diagnose the issue and could resolve it successfully just by replacing a ground wire. It was a bit expensive though.
I had two broken lug nut studs and needed them replaced at 3pm before driving 2.5 hours away. Wilhelm automotive worked to fit my repair into their schedule and get me back on the road. The customer service was courteous and knowledgeable. The mechanic kept me informed of the progress as the repair was being completed. The price was fair and consistent with the parts required and the amount of time spent doing the repair.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience at Wilhelm's. I dropped my Jeep off for a front end alignment and a coolant flush. When I picked up my Jeep, my drivers door was sprung or the the hinges were bent. Wilhelm would only say that they didn't do it, and I know that it wasn't that way when I dropped it off. It's going to cost me $470 to repair.
