Hello fellow truckers, this is a great place. I arrived at [08:00] AM and was quickly assigned Dock Door 11. It was easy to back into, and the forklift driver was very friendly and professional. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
Appointment at 8am. Told me to park across from docks & he be out in a minute.10 after I called & the receptionist (very polite) said their on the way out to my truck. 8:20 no one came out so I went in. Told me their waiting on an employee to Bob tail over & move trailer from door 3. Here I am, 45 minutes after initial conversation & I'm still waiting on the trailer to be moved I'll update when I know more
Truck entrance - (34.2567323, -83.8052022) There was a spot for an overnight stand Unloading took around 35 min
One of their drivers almost took out a BMW by merging in the middle of an intersection by Camp Lejeune Oct 3 2024. Proceeded to drive like a total a-hole. Would drive 15-20 under the speed limit and then speed up to 70 mph whenever someone tried to pass him. I hope he gets what's coming to him. I wouldn't use this company for anything the way their drivers conduct themselves.
