Took my car in after super tune said that only a ford dealership could order the part i needed and cleared my error codes. I told them repeatedly what the error codes were and was completely ignored. They ended up replacing my tire and telling me everything else was fine. Two days later? Engine light comes on again with the same issue. They left me feeling unheard, charging me for labour and not solving the issue i came in for even when i told them what it was. Would not come back.

Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience than what I had at Wilf’s Elie Ford before, during and after my purchase of a new vehicle. All questions were answered and time was taken to explain all aspects of the purchase and of the new vehicle. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle.
I took my 2014 Ford Escape to the dealership and spoke with the service Manager Rob who was excellent with explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it. Rob answered all my questions and was very straight forward with answers.
