Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience than what I had at Wilf’s Elie Ford before, during and after my purchase of a new vehicle. All questions were answered and time was taken to explain all aspects of the purchase and of the new vehicle. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle.
I took my 2014 Ford Escape to the dealership and spoke with the service Manager Rob who was excellent with explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it. Rob answered all my questions and was very straight forward with answers.
Professional service at its best. Quoted work along with services I added came in under initial quote price. Had my vehicle back to me in a very timely matter for the amount of work done.
Have bought vehicles from other dealers. Wilfs tops them all. Thats why I have purchased a few already from them.
