Do not buy a home from American Dreamfinders! They are so dishonest and dishonorable. I am a 100% disabled veteran with a 9 year old, 2 year old, and 11 month old. Lies and broken promises. Warranty not honored. Promised only 3 phases for our small amenities center, now we're at 4 phases. One small playground, one small pool, drainage problems at every house in the community. Shop elsewhere.
