From the moment I walked in, I felt off..the assistant answered the door in her socks, I was left waiting a while and then was interrupted on a few occasions by assistant coming in to ask questions. Tammy was helpful and did help me better understand health insurance. She was supposed to get back to me the next day and never did. I had to call her a week and a half later and have not had a call or e-mail back. Very unprofessional and I will be seeking assistance from someone who wants to help me.
Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Navigated a nasty subject (medicare) with us. Top notch help!
I highly recommend Tammy Wilfinger Health & Life she has a lot of knowledge when it comes to all of the Medicare plans and is very helpful in explaining all of the changes every Annual enrollment period
