From the moment I walked in, I felt off..the assistant answered the door in her socks, I was left waiting a while and then was interrupted on a few occasions by assistant coming in to ask questions. Tammy was helpful and did help me better understand health insurance. She was supposed to get back to me the next day and never did. I had to call her a week and a half later and have not had a call or e-mail back. Very unprofessional and I will be seeking assistance from someone who wants to help me.
