We have had the pleasure of buying both a commercial and residential property from Phil with Wiley Realty Group. Wiley Reality failed to complete necessary paperwork to protect the interest of my daughter’s family. They have 4 children 3 years old and younger, two of which were NICU babies. They are being forced to move out of their home 8 days before they can move into their new home because an extension was not filed and Wiley believed a person’s word was sufficient!
