These guys are the best. I live in NYC now but had an issue with my 1 Series when I was back in Massachusetts visiting family, so needed to get it fixed asap before heading back to NY. They went out of their way to get everything done super quick to make sure I could get back home in time, and their prices were also really reasonable. Jake and both Evans are awesome. Superb experience having my elderly Audi serviced here. Jake and Evan were great- took the time to explain what the issues were, what NEEDED to be done and what didn’t. We saved significantly from what the dealer quoted and the service was top notch. Highly recommended.
The guys here are all enthusiasts first- they love BMW and that’s clear in the way they talk about the cars and help the customer. I’ve been several times with several different cars and always had an excellent experience.
