We’ve lived here for over 20 years. Love the neighbor and neighbors. We are an HOA and have deeded rights to lake access. The HOA was formed to ensure the maintanance of the beaches and no short term rentals are allowed!

We’ve lived here for over 20 years. Lovely neighborhood and love the neighborhood. I so appreciate that the HOA legally goes after new homeowners who buy homes to solely use as a short term rental. I’m so surprised how these new homeowners do not research our by laws which state they are not allowed and they don’t even research getting a permit from the town.
