Cheaply made apartments, they do not answer their office phones, and office staff is not very helpful. The pool is okay since its been re-done, but overall I would not recommend this place.

Awful place to live. Everything about it us bad. Little fees for utility charges even during the breaks when no one is here! How are we going over our utility cap when none of my roommates nor me is here! Wifi is the worst thing on Earth. The printer in the lobby never works. Just a hastle. If it's not one thing it's another. Avoid living here if you can it's not where you want to be!
My first year in San Marcos, I chose to live here and I absolutely loved it. I lived with 3 randoms and it turned out to be such a great experience. The staff is very friendly and caring. They help you immediately with whatever you need. It's clean and very nice looking. The only problem I would have to say is, one time it took maintenance 2 weeks to come fix a minor problem. Also, we didn't have a pool for a while because it was under construction, but there's so many pools in San Marcos this was the slightest issue! Howeve... read more
