This company is THE worst company you could rent from. They do not and will not call you back for any issue. I had a broken sprinkler when I moved in and it took a month to fix it. I also was told to water the lawn because it looked dead. The lawn was dead when I moved in and I have brought it back to life since I have lived here- it looks better than it probably ever has. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please take my advice. If you do rent be persistent and if you have to have a outside person come and and do... read more

I rented two different properties from this company. They were always very nice and professional and quick to handle maintenance issues when they came up. Ive rented from many different landlords and Id have to say Wildwood Properties is by far the best!

I just bought a house, and just wanted to leave a good word. I rented from Wildwood for about two years and never had any problems, if anything it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Whenever I had a maintenance issue they would have it resolved immediately. I would definitely advise any prospective renters to try here first!
I have rented a house for almost 4 years and have never had anything but great things to say about the folks at Wildwood. They always take care of anything I need and are very accommodating. I have been to other management companies who really act like the stereotypical landlord. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a management company or to rent a place!
